The worldwide number of people over 60 years of age is growing at a faster pace than that of any other age group. At current rate, by 2050, there will for the first time in human history be more people (2 billion) over 60 years of age than people younger than 14.
At the same time it has been found that a whopping 80% of the elderly’s ailments ease or disappear with a 30min daily exercise that takes place outdoors and in company of others.
